PTFB Pro's focus is on quickly and easily eliminating interruptions
and irritations and keeping software running smoothly. It incorporates
a number of tools (see the menu to the left for more information) that
allow you to specify how PTFB Pro should act on your behalf - whether
or not you're at your computer.
Other features of PTFB Pro include:
- Share macros and other items between networked computers
- Create a set of macros and store them in a single shared
location so everyone in your office can use them. If you update
them, all the other copies of PTFB Pro can pick up the changes
automatically.
- Works on locked Workstations
- You prefer to lock your desktop whenever you're away from
your computer. While other auto responders are frozen out during
these periods, PTFB Pro can unlock the desktop to do its job
then automatically relock it, all in the blink of an eye.
- Works on Remote Desktop
- If you've got PTFB Pro running on a PC that you connect to
via Remote Desktop, you no longer have to worry that minimizing
or closing the remote desktop window will stop macros from
running properly.
- Receive notification of all actions taken on your behalf
- Want to keep track of some or all of the actions PTFB Pro
performs? Simply configure PTFB Pro to keep a log and/or email
you when something happens.
- Password protect macros
- Hide the contents of your macros from other people you have
access to your computer.
